This week on the Bouncin' Bus, we are learning back hip pullovers around the horizontal bar. We are asking the students to perch like a parrot when they are finished pulling their bodies up and around the horizontal bar. The students are also practicing kick up to handstand from surfer stance (a.k.a. lunge position) on the floor. For our nutrition lesson, the children are learning about their daily vitamins and how important they are to eat on a daily basis.
